Our Fundraising Initiative
Funds will be raised through mandatory registration fees charged to teams wishing to enter the tournament. The entry fee has been set at $400 ($45/player/team) miminum.
While the aforementioned is the minimum fee required, we encourage participants to go above and beyond by seeking and requesting donations and sponsorships from others.
Quite simply, if each player asked five people for a $20 donation (tax receipt for both cash and in-kind donations can be provided upon request), that would be $100/player. With 12 teams, or 108 players, you do the math. We request that people help create the possibility of generosity and selflessness and help provide hope for those less fortunate. The sky is the limit and we encourage participants to embrace this idea and help our cause.
The fundraising is not meant to be limited to those individuals playing in the tournament, but to everyone committed to making this a successful event. Friend, family, extended family, co-workers, employers; all want a chance to be generous and lend a helping hand. Let’s let them help.
